There’s no simple answer to how long after an accident your insurance claims will take to settle - or go to trial if needed. Your medical treatments are a big determining factor, and a good personal injury attorney will want you to be as fully healed as possible before a claim is settled. The majority of injury cases settle about 4-9 months after the date of the injured client’s last medical treatment.
